1 pound of turnip greens, washed and chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ of a yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1. Heat olive oil in large saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Add onion and garlic. Saute for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add the turnip greens. Saute for 5-‐8 minutes. Stir frequently.
3. Stir in lemon juice and serve.
