A Home of Our Own!

Like the first-time homebuyers we serve, ALT has always rented our office “home;” and like them, we know that owning provides greater economic stability and the opportunity to grow, expand, and build equity – allowing us to devote more of our resources to our programs over the long term.

Now, thanks to the generous donation of the historic cottage at 685 North Pope Street by Emmanuel Episcopal Church, ALT is in a position to make this goal a reality – but we need your help. The Pope Street Cottage needed significant renovations and upgrades to meet EarthCraft standards for energy efficiency and to meet our needs for office space.
