The next homebuyer education workshop will take place on Saturday, May 11th and Saturday, May 18th from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Workshops will be offered every other month throughout 2013!
Attendance is required at BOTH sessions in order to earn a Homebuyer Education Certificate, which is necessary for many affordable housing and loan programs.
What’s Included
Our homebuyer education seminars are offered FREE of charge, thanks in part to financial assistance from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and local banks. Guest speakers include local realtors, bankers, and closing attorneys.

- Closing the mortgage loan
- Energy conservation
- Maintaining your home
- Financial literacy
- Credit issues/credit report
